Benjamin Rollins
Founding Attorney

Benjamin J. Rollins is a trial lawyer and managing partner at Rollins Law Group in at Atlanta,
Georgia where his practice focuses on obtaining justice for injured individuals and wrongfully
terminated employees. Bejamin has uselessly handled hundreds of catastrophic injury cases and has secured substantial jury awards and settlements against major corporations for mistreating employees.
Benjamin earned his law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and Bachelor of Arts
in Business from the University of Central Florida.Benjamin is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the National Trial Lawyers Association and many other legal groups and civic organizations. Benjamin is admitted to practice in the Northern and Middle District Courts of Georgia and the State and Superior Courts of Georgia. When Benjamin is not practicing law, he enjoys reading, the outdoors, and spending time with family.

Brandon Witt
Associate Attorney

Brandon Witt is an Associate Attorney at Rollins Law Group where he works on personal injury and employment discrimination cases. Brandon is an alumnus of Kennesaw State University and Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Brandon is a motivated attorney passionate about securing justice for injured clients. Away from work, Brandon enjoys spending time in nature, learning about animals, and playing instruments.
